Using email campaigns to reach out to candidates

Help automate your email outreach to candidates by creating email campaigns on Paraform.

Creating a campaign

Visit the campaigns page to create an email campaign. To create one, you must have your Gmail inbox connected. Visit the settings page to enable this integration and read this article for more information.

Campaign setup

Go to the "Setup" tab in your campaign and configure the required settings.

Campaign schedule

  • This section is where you can configure the steps, email copy, and wait times for your campaign.
  • The maximum number of steps is 5.
  • You can add tokens to each step's content to customize the email for each candidate.
  • If a candidate replies, the next steps will not be sent out.

Campaign leads

This is where you can add candidates that you have sourced via the Paraform Chrome Extension to an email campaign.

Breakdown and inbox

  • The breakdown section lets you see a more detailed breakdown of the emails queued, sent, and number of replies per campaign step.
  • The inbox shows a list of all campaign emails sent to candidates as well as any replies that have synced from your Gmail inbox. The HTML of each email is displayed as well.
