Invite a recruiter to join Paraform and earn thousands

We want to reward you for helping us grow the Paraform community! If you know a recruiter who would be a great fit for Paraform, we'd love for them to join. Earn $100 when they submit their first candidate and 7.5% of all placement earnings during their first year on Paraform.
To get credit for your referrals, just save the recruiter's LinkedIn profile to the Paraform Recruiter role here through our Chrome extension, and you'll automatically be credited with the referral when their application is approved!
Note: The 7.5% of earnings reward will apply to all referred recruiters that were approved on August 16, 2024 and after. Referred recruiters approved before will be eligible for the previous referral reward of $1,000 for the referred recruiter's first placement.
1. The Ideal Paraform recruiter
Before you refer a recruiter, we want to make sure you understand the type of recruiter we're looking for. We're generally only looking for recruiters who have these traits:
- Has recruited for early stage companies and knows what early stage companies look for. For example, you might:
- Be an agency owner with lots of startup clients
- Worked in house at a startup
- Has recruited for companies with a high talent bar and can meet the quality requirements of our companies. For example, you might:
- Have recruited for other tier 1 startups whether external or in house
- Has contingency recruiting experience and you're entrepreneurial enough to succeed as an extenral recruiter. This might look like previous or current staffing/agency experience.
- Has capacity and can eventually do lots of volume on Paraform.
If they don't have these traits, they probably aren't a great fit for Paraform and we probably won't approve them to join.
Tip: Use the Paraform Chrome Extension on Linkedin to verify if a recruiter is already signed up! Simply select this Recruiter role within the extension and you'll automatically be notified.
2. Candidate submission reward
You'll be rewarded $100 when the recruiter you refer submits their first candidate. You'll be notified via email and the reward will be automatically deposited into your account.
3. Hire rewards
You'll be rewarded 7.5% of all placement earnings during your referee's first year on Paraform. This reward should be automatically deposited into your account at the same time as your referee is paid their placement installments. Terms and restrictions
You should only save a recruiter to the Chrome extension if you have explicitly introduced Paraform to them and gotten explicit interest from them about the platform. Attempting to take proactive credit for referrals without their knowledge or consent, or sourcing recruiters that you did not actually reach out to or get in touch with, will not be rewarded and may result being banned from the platform.
