Congratulations, welcome to the future of recruiting. We're ecstatic to have you onboard and look forward to partnering with you in helping build teams at some of the most exciting companies in the world.

Approved onto the platform

If you signed up to Paraform and were approved, your profile is likely a match on a couple things below:

  • Has recruited for early stage companies
  • Has contingency recruiting experience
  • Has a high talent bar
  • Has capacity and can do lots of volume on Paraform

If you haven't been approved yet and believe you match at least 2 of the above factors, please email me directly at wayne@paraform.com

Success in the 1st week

Your 1st week on the platform looks like the following:

  • Access onto the platform at www.paraform.com/recruit where you can browse all the roles and starting checking out the tools we've built to simplify your recruiting experience.
  • 15 minute onboarding call where we'll onboard you directly, demo the platform, and lay out expectations for recruiters on Paraform.
  • Get across 2-3 initial roles. As a new recruiter without a track record, we as a platform will get you across your first roles. Eventually with preferred recruiter level metrics, hiring managers will accept your applications to recruit.
  • Submit your first candidate. Using our chrome extension, sourcing tools/partners and calibration features, you'll submit your first candidate to a live role.
  • Receive candidate feedback. Given your first submissions, you'll get feedback from the hiring manager, including a rating out of 4 (strong no = 1 , no = 2, yes = 3, strong yes = 4), score card and general feedback on your candidate.
  • Get your first interview (hopefully if the above goes well)

After the above you'll be well on track to landing your first hire and working towards preferred recruiter status!
