Help discover candidate email addresses instantly within Paraform’s CRM or via the Paraform Chrome Extension.
Getting Started with Email Sourcing
Inside the Paraform CRM, navigate to any candidate profile and click the Get Emails button. If you prefer sourcing directly from LinkedIn or other sites, install the Paraform Chrome extension - open a profile, hit Get Emails, and any available addresses will be pulled in automatically.
Email Credits
• Standard Recruiters: 300 credits per month
• Preferred Recruiters: 500 credits per month
Each time you successfully source an email with Get Emails, one credit is consumed.
Viewing Your Usage
Track your remaining credits at any time by visiting the settings page. It shows the current month’s usage, so you’ll never run out mid‑sourcing.
Sourced Candidates
All discovered emails are stored on the candidate’s contact card in your CRM. From there, you can send them an email, add candidates to a sequence, or tag them for follow‑up.
