The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $110,000 - $170,000/year. About the Role: 
As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will be at the forefront of crafting compelling, data-driven creative strategies for paid social advertising. You will work within a pod structure, reporting to a Strategy Lead and collaborating closely with fellow strategists, editors, and more to deliver best-in-class ads for your clients. Strategic Account Planning

Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the creative strategy department

Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing
Proven track record in paid social or direct response advertising, with a portfolio of successful ads and ad strategies (work samples required)
Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives and ad copy that drives conversions
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data and deriving actionable insights
Excellent project management abilities, including the capacity to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
Advanced understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other relevant ad platforms

# What you'll do

---

**Day 1:** You’ll merge your first PR. We want our developer experience to be as smooth as possible, so this first day is a good test of how we’re doing on dev ops. The code changes will be very minor — just adding your name to a file and merging it to the main branch.

**Day 7:** You’ll ship your first feature to production. We believe in learning-by-doing, so we’ll assign you a small feature that lets you run through our full feature planning and development pipeline. We’ll make sure you have support at every step along the way.

**Day 50:** You’ll help ship code across the backend, from services to CI/CD. As an early-stage startup, we have high-impact features all across our codebase, and you’ll be able to build solutions wherever the need arises.

**In the Future:** You’ll become a senior leader at koodos labs. We expect the early team to grow into high-impact roles as the company scales.

# How we interview

---

We lean heavily on prior experience, demonstrated ability, and references. We don’t want to have brilliant people inverting binary trees or solving riddles.

**Interviews:** We start the interview process with a conversation with our CEO to hear more about your prior experience and goals, and to tell you more about koodos labs. If we both think there’s a potential fit, we’ll have a second interview with a deep-dive on your prior experiences with our CTO or a senior engineer on our founding team.

At this point, we might ask a few follow-up questions over email, for example we might ask for you to share a project + repo that you've worked on that you're particularly proud of, and a short video taking us through it -- 15-20 minutes should be enough.

**Onsite:** We’ll invite you to meet the team! It’ll be a series of practical whiteboarding sessions with team members and an opportunity to grab lunch with us 🙂

**References:** After the interview stage, we ask for 2-3 references who would be willing to discuss their experiences working with you. We will also likely reach out to other folks that you’ve worked with in the past, so please do let us know if there’s anyone we shouldn’t reach out to. We’ll make sure to be respectful of their time; most calls take about 15 minutes. And we also offer you the opportunity to reference check us!

One key growth constraint is our availability to run technical customer demos and follow-up sales calls.</li><li>Today, we often can’t book follow-up sales calls/demos for a week or more after our intro call because this role is performed “part-time” by two co-founders and one of our TPMs, as an additional side-gig on top of their core duties.</li><li>By hiring a dedicated SE, we will expand our capacity to handle more technical sales calls in a shorter period, thereby signing more customers faster and growing even more aggressively than we are today.</li><li>Having someone dedicated to SE responsibilities (vs. someone doing it alongside other roles) will also improve the quality of our demo calls, technical sales support, sales collateral, product documentation, and other key inputs to sales conversion rates and customer satisfaction</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>You will quickly become a technical subject matter expert on:<ul><li>Our integration platform</li><li>The various source systems we connect and any changes/updates released</li><li>Construction and Service-specific business processes</li></ul></li><li>You will partner with our Sales team to:<ul><li>Lead technical, customer-facing demos to explain our product and clarify our value</li><li>Address technical questions and explain how we fit into prospects’ business processes</li><li>Reposition customer objections by proposing creative solutions</li><li>Help determine fit;provide objective feedback if prospects are compatible with our product</li><li>Create collateral (e.g. videos, product docs) to explain our product more effectively</li><li>Maintain and update call scripts for the internal teams to use during demos</li><li>Continuously improve demos, e.g. reduce prep, add better data, make customization easier</li></ul></li><li>You will support our Product and Implementation teams during customer onboarding<ul><li>Consult on the transition process adopting our software from their current solutions</li><li>Configure our platform to align with customer systems and desired workflows</li><li>Provide technical documentation and assist with post-sales support</li><li>Assist with customer onboardings to improve our upstream sales processes</li><li>Influence our product roadmap and onboarding best practices, so we can better scale customer acquisition and revenue activation</li></ul></li><li>No need to have: prior experience with Construction or at B2B SaaS/dev tools companies</li></ul>
