Fintech was a relatively new market within the tech industry, and I built a team dedicated to creating business from hiring companies in markets such as P2P lending, trading systems, investment management, financial services, and mobile payments while navigating the complex relationships that often exist between the hiring company and job candidates in ways that were mutually beneficial.

Until April 2012, Quest Groups' only business was on the West Coast. After establishing long-term success with the team I led in San Francisco, we recognized that both myself and Quest Groups were in a position to significantly grow and expand our market influence.

Researched and identified a niche market where we could make the biggest impact and generate the most revenue and sales. Made thousands of cold calls to overcome numerous objections from hiring managers and company executives to using outside recruiting resources and succeeded in continuously earning their business. Negotiated, between hiring companies and job candidates, the candidates' compensation, equity, employment start dates, and visa transfers as well as our recruiting fees. Generated and targeted hundreds of qualified software engineering leads from entry level to VP/CTO.

Expanded the team and brought on three recruiters to work with me as the market grew and my influence in that market increased. Trained new hires and developed them into high producers for Quest Groups.

Achieved over $3M in production in 2+ years while recruiting in competitive social media, ad tech, ecommerce, and financial markets.

As a Software Engineer at NodeKit, you will work closely with the founding team to build highly performant systems on the bleeding edge of blockchain technology. Succinct

We are looking for an experienced cryptography research engineer to join our team to continually improve SP1 and maintain its position as the most performant zkVM. In this role you will:

* Identify and improve any performance bottlenecks in SP1 (at the software or proof system level)
* Design new algorithms and arguments at the proof system level that improve performance
* Keep up to date with the latest advances in proof systems (reading papers) and analyze their tradeoffs with SP1 in mind.

The Role

Our Team

Our founders Yi Sun and Jonathan Wang met while studying math at Harvard and have been working on ZK since early 2022. Together, they wrote some of the most performant ZK circuits for elliptic curve cryptography and Ethereum data reads before starting Axiom.

Before Axiom, Yi researched probability and machine learning as a professor at UChicago Statistics and did a math PhD at MIT. He was an advisor for Gauntlet and Scroll and worked at an HFT startup from inception to profitable trading. Jonathan published number theory research in top math journals and did a math PhD at UChicago.
