I was the first hire into the company and have scaled the company whilst also architecting and implementing the HR initiatives & policies from DE&I to bonus and employee evaluation processes.

Elements Talent Consultancy

Consulting for DAZN & CAFU mainly on Tech hiring - Frontend and full stack JavaScript roles (React, NodeJS & AWS), Go Developers and Automation testers along with consultation on interview best practices, training & DE&I initiatives.

Internally, I developed the company wide DE&I training along with best practice training on how to attract Tech talent and also a conversion training for non-Tech recruiters to learn Tech recruiting.

I also hosted podcasts on topics such as DE&I, Neurodiversity & Tech including a DevOps talk with guest speakers from Sky & Ikea. I also wrote various articles on topics like VR in Recruitment and the AI myths
