• The build and CI system for a large frontend monorepo with millions of lines of code and hundreds of active developers.

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $125,000 - $200,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Role Responsibilities
Systems Design & Development: Analyze, design, and implement our GTM strategy in Salesforce. From workflows to parent-child object relationships to dashboards; we are standing up several huge initiatives that will bring in 100’s of millions in the next 60 days. We need support in managing the demand for Crescent. 
Help Finalize Transition from HS to SFDC: We have bi-lateral sync processes for certain fields between the two CRMs until time is set aside to finish building the workflows in SFDC.
Make Prod Data Actionable: The Growth team spent time connecting some parts of our production database to our snowflake instance, we’ve created clean query views for consumption in Salesforce. Now we need to finish the reporting aspects and extend this data for automation. SFDC will be our hub.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as a strategic leader and hands-on engineer who can build and manage the company’s technology stack, with the ability to move quickly in a startup environment
Lead the architecture, design, and development of internal tools to enable seamless, data-driven clinical operations
