This role involves recruiting and managing data collectors, designing payment incentives, and the deployment and onboarding of hardware for data collection. You’ll be responsible for building processes from 0 to 1 in a dynamic environment, balancing logistics, data quality control, and business development.This role is ideal for a generalist with 3+ years of experience in operations or logistics, preferably in early-stage or high-growth startups. You should have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously. Your contributions will be crucial in laying the foundation for our scalable operations.
