Responsibilities:
1. Partnerships with Data Centers & GPU Marketplaces:
Identify and engage data centers & GPU marketplaces to sell Compute Labs' GPU rental solutions.
Develop and present proposals to highlight the benefits of our services.
Negotiate and secure long-term agreements.
Maintain strong relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and repeat business.
2. Promote Tokenization Software to Data Centers & GPU Marketplaces:
Engage data centers and GPU marketplaces to leverage their GPU assets through tokenization.
Demonstrate the benefits of our proprietary tokenization software.
Collaborate for seamless software implementation and integration.
Provide ongoing support and training for successful adoption.
3. Partnerships with Institutional Investors:
Identify and target investors interested in AI and GPU sectors.
Create compelling investment proposals to secure capital for GPU fundraising.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors.
Align fundraising strategies with company goals and objectives.


Requirements:
Experience: At least 5 years in a business development/partnership role, preferably with experience selling to founders or tech leaders at large enterprise companies.
Industry Knowledge: Partnership experience with data centers (IDCs) and a solid understanding of traditional finance (trad-fi).
Sales Acumen: Track record of successfully navigating complex technology solution sales and building relationships with key decision makers.
Relationship Building: History of building strong relationships with key decision makers.
Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Preferences:
Web3: A basic understanding of crypto, RWA, and DeFi.
Education: BA/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Enabling a Figma-style document review experience that helps governments easily collaborate to review, mark up, and approve technical documents such as building and development plans.

- Developing a flexible and powerful document generation system to automatically generate official documents including permits and licenses for thousands of unique processes (think: Canva for documents).

Our mission is deeply personal for us. Ben Cohen, Co-founder and CTO grew up helping his father — a general contractor — to apply for hundreds of construction permits. Ben’s experiences navigating clunky, outdated government websites inspired him to build better solutions for the millions of tradespeople whose livelihoods depend on getting permits fast. Prior to founding GovWell, Ben worked for Uber and Amazon as a Software Engineer, and earned his AB in Computer Science summa cum laude from Princeton.

Troy LeCaire, Co-founder and CEO, was employee #1 and Chief of Staff at RippleMatch, a B2B SaaS company, helping it grow from 0 to $10M in annual revenue and a $200M valuation. Before RippleMatch, he worked for two senators from his home state of Wisconsin. Own our top-of-funnel, working to identify and engage potential customers via phone, email, and occasionally in-person events / conferences.

Speak via phone with local government decision-makers to uncover needs and qualify opportunities before passing them to the CEO.

Autonomously iterate on our outreach strategies. On a given day, you might write a new email sequence, revamp your cold call script, travel to attend a conference, or decide that a value proposition we hadn’t considered before is actually what resonates best with prospects.

Hustle, a lot. Compared to a larger company, you’ll have way more autonomy to shape business development strategy, but at the end of the day we need someone who can get sh*t done and execute.
