Paraform is a marketplace connecting venture backed tech startups that are hiring with recruiters to fill those roles.
Companies use us as their primary source of external recruiting support and part of the value prop is helping them procure the best recruiters to fill their open roles. This inherently means we act as a trust layer between a company's hiring needs and the recruiters to find candidates to fill those roles.
Our product is a closed marketplace, meaning it takes approvals from either our end or the hiring manager's end to start recruiting for a role.
On your Paraform home page you will see that all roles require an application to recruit. Approvals to your applications happen in two ways:
1. Approved through Paraform
2. Approved by the Hiring Manager
Approvals are done by Hiring Managers once you have sufficient track record on the platform. Hence for new recruiters, your initial applications to recruit are reviewed by Paraform, often after an onboarding call with one of our team.
The trial period is the first opportunity for you to demonstrate to companies exceptional sourcing ability, amass a track record on the platform and start getting your first interviews.
Here's how it works
In line with the track record needed to achieve preferred recruiter status, we look at 3 main things in the trial period
Ultimately you want to make a hire on Paraform, we want you to make a hire on Paraform and companies want to make hires on Paraform - these numbers are reverse engineered from our data on candidates that have successfully been hired by companies ie. a minimum 3/4 rating with a 60% interview rate.
