What is a Preferred recruiter?
Preferred recruiters are a status given to top performers on Paraform. Preferred Recruiters enjoy privileges on Paraform such as access to invite-only roles,unlimited role approvals, dedicated Slack support from the Paraform team, and more.
How do I become a Preferred recruiter?
Preferred recruiter status is reserved for active, top-performing recruiters on the platform, based on recruiter rating, activity level, and hiring manager reviews.
Preferred recruiter status will usually be given to recruiters who meet the criteria after at least one month, and most often two months, of consistent activity and achievement across multiple roles.
The ballpark criteria for meeting Preferred recruiter status is to be submitting at least 15 candidates per month, an interview rate above 50%, and average candidate score above 2.6. Other factors that may come into consideration include hiring manager feedback and reviews, behavior on the platform with clients, candidates, and other recruiters, and outstanding reputation or profile outside of Paraform.
Preferred recruiter status is regularly monitored and will be retained only by continually meeting the criteria and standard for Preferred recruiters. Reduction in recruiter rating, low activity, or unprofessional behavior may result in a warning by Paraform, and ultimately the removal of the Preferred recruiter status.
