About this role

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 2-4+ years of experience to join our small, high-impact team. We are looking for a highly analytical individual with a strong foundation in SQL, Python/R, and statistics, ideally from a top school or a high-growth tech/finance company. This hire is critical as we scale our AI agents to handle a growing client waitlist and prepare for our next funding round.

What will you be doing?

Dive deep into vast marketing datasets to uncover the "why" behind performance and translate insights into novel strategies for our AI agents.
Architect our analytics agent's "brain" by crafting prompts, designing semantic data layers, and building robust data pipelines.
Own the data that fuels our agents, creating critical tools and signals like LTV predictions and marketing mix forecasts.
Collaborate closely with Machine Learning, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to shape the future of our AI-native product.
Analyze data and crunch numbers using primarily SQL to build the data foundation for our intelligence systems.

in a data science role focused on data analysis.
