We are looking for an AI-focused data engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. We are seeking a strong software engineer with a background in Natural Language Processing who has transitioned into working with Large Language Models (LLMs). This person will be crucial in building and scaling our AI-powered features that help nonprofits secure funding.
What will you be doing?
Build and maintain production-grade AI/ML systems, moving beyond prototypes to create scalable, reliable software.
Work extensively with LLMs, including building serious Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, running embeddings, and working with vector databases.
Launch and iterate on LLM agents for our customers, ensuring they are fully integrated and performant.
Focus on the engineering aspects of LLMs rather than model training, using your Python expertise to build robust applications.
Collaborate closely with a small, agile team, checking in multiple times a day to solve hard problems and ship features that directly impact our users.
