As our #1 marketing hire, you will own marketing, shape our brand, and supercharge our growth. You will play at the intersection of content and growth marketing, driving awareness and generating inbound leads.
The unique (and fun) thing about this role is that since it's a marketplace, you'll actually be doing marketing to both recruiters (supply) filling the role and companies (demand) making the hires.
You’ll double down on what is currently working while experimenting with new growth levers.
Paraform is a marketplace connecting companies with open roles and recruiters who can fill them.
Companies can work with specialized recruiters more cheaply, monitor their performance, and flex based on demand. Recruiters don't have to worry about acquiring clients while earning and working on their own terms.

Hey 👋 we're John and Jeff, the co-founders of Paraform. Funnily enough, this all started when we tried to recruit each other in 2022. Ever since then, we've experienced first-hand how broken recruiting is and our mission is to finally fix it.
