As our #1 marketing hire, you will own marketing, shape our brand, and supercharge our growth. You will play at the intersection of content and growth marketing, driving awareness and generating inbound leads.
The unique (and fun) thing about this role is that since it's a marketplace, you'll actually be doing marketing to both recruiters (supply) filling the role and companies (demand) making the hires.
You’ll double down on what is currently working while experimenting with new growth levers.
