0. The Ideal Paraform recruiter
Before you refer a recruiter, we want to make sure you understand the type of recruiter we're looking for. We're generally only looking for recruiters who have these traits:
- Entrepreneurial - They're self-motivated and either own a recruiting agency or have a strong desire to build their own at some point.
- Startup experience - They have experience working with startups and understand the unique challenges of recruiting for startups (pre-seed to Series B).
- Technical recruiter - They have experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g. software engineers, data scientists, product managers, etc.) since most of the roles on Paraform are technical.
If they don't have these traits, they probably aren't a great fit for Paraform and we probably won't approve them to join.
Tip: Use the Paraform Chrome Extension on Linkedin to verify if a recruiter is already signed up! Simply select this Recruiter role within the extension and you'll automatically be notified.
1. Candidate submission reward
You'll be rewarded $100 when the recruiter you refer submits their first candidate. You'll be notified via email and the reward will be automatically deposited into your account.
2. Hire reward
You'll be rewarded $1,000 when the recruiter you refer makes their first hire. This reward should be automatically deposited into your account within 30 days after the candidate's start date. If there are any issues, please email us at team@paraform.com and we'll look into it.
